Abstract/Summary

Audit results revealed that Pinoy Plus Advocacy Pilipinas Inc. (PPAPI) and its partner service providers have weak network linkages wherein there is lack of effective sharing information between the two parties regarding their partnership, services, and referral system. With this, the group created a networking package that consists of a (1) face-to-face partnership meeting which helped establish/renew relationships according to the PPAPI and partner service providers and, (2) an extranet which would serve as the primary communication channel of both parties. Based on the service providers' feedback, the extranet became a good avenue for partners to connect only to PPAPI but also other service providers in the service delivery network. The chat feature was highlighted because it allowed them to communicate with PRC through one channel that had similar and integrated functions from the different communication platforms that were used prior to the implementation phase. While the focus of the extranet was to connect PPAPI to their partner service providers, an overall state of improvement in collaborating among service providers was also found as an outcome of the networking package.
