Abstract/Summary

Hae Yong Inc. was first established in 2005 as Hae Yong Interior Designs and provides services to clients by interior designing residential and commercial spaces and building customized display racks and fixtures. The company is in manufacturing industry in a big picture and when we narrow down it is in furniture and fixture industry. Since Samsung is the main source of income Hae Yong Inc., the group decided to have Facade and CB Phil as the competitors of the company.

Objectives of the service plan for Hae Yong Inc. are to improve communication between each department and be more systematized for short-term, to have factory expansion in other region and stabilize the internal systems for medium-term and to be the top of mind service providing company of the customers in the target market industry for long-term goal. Also the plan aims to increase sales of Hae Yong Inc. as well as the market share in the Philippines

The target market of the service plan is multinational companies in beauty and personal care industry which have more than 20 years of operation, more than 150,000 employees and annual sales of P1 Billion.

The thesis study will be more focused on solving internal problems as the main focus of this plan for short term basis. Hae Yong Inc. is well known in the electronics industry for their service and products but this will be the first for Hae Yong Inc. to be known in the target market. Knowing that the company is already capable of giving different kinds of service and products to the target market, the plan will be more focused to solve internal problem.

Through surveys and interviews conducts, the group was able to find out that Hae Yong Inc. does not have awareness among different industries aside from electronics market and most of them are looking for quality and competitive price for their importance in this industry. To solve these kinds of problems, the group suggested various strategic promotions and internal solutions..
