Abstract/Summary
University Database Flowchart (UDFLO) is a Windows-based course flowchart tool, course scheduler, report generator, and database system. It provides a computerized system in creating and maintaining the course flowcharts of the different colleges of the university. It enforces the integrity constraints required by the course flowcharts of the university. The system can also update student flowcharts based on the grade files that will be downloaded from the Information Technology Services Center (ISTC). Based on these updated student flowcharts, the system generates information needed by the College of Computer Studies such as sections available, the block and non-block course offerings for the following term. It is also capable of determining the appropriate class schedules, available rooms and instructors for a given course.
