Abstract/Summary

GIeState is a prototype software designed to support real estate firms in their Sales System to provide an alternative means of presenting geographical data and updating sales information using Geographical Information System (or GIS). Through this software, the location of the property and its accessibility to different infrastructures and landmarks within its locality can be pictured out. It also includes databases which can be accessed through the use of a query, a feature present in GIeState. Through this feature, the user can ask database queries and GIeState will respond by giving answers to these inquiries. Relevant information are provided by GIeState, thus, the software can also be a helpful tool in planning and decision-making of a real estate firm.
