Abstract/Summary
The College of Computer Studies Document Management Tool (CCSDMT) is a Windows-based application that handles all documents and records of the CCS faculty, students, and graduate students. This application provides users a query facility that allows them to query by keywords. Thus, giving them greater flexibility in querying. An Editor is also provided by the system, which aids users in creating and designing templates such as memos, E-mails, letters, syllabus, quizzes, and other report formats. It enforces security levels to different user types to maintain correctness and consistency of data.
