Abstract/Summary

There are a lot of residential projects being constructed in the Philippines, a lot of which are in the National Capital Region alone. This study serves as a guide for clients to check and evaluate the output and services of the contractors they have contracted with. It will give them an idea of how other clients like themselves have chosen contractors for their projects. A lot of clients today who are not familiar with the construction industry will have a deeper understanding about how contractors', services and outputs should be. To get their moneys' worth, the study would help the clients know what qualities the contractors should have for a successful project. Although the opinions and perspectives of clients differ from one another, the satisfaction of the client for the quality and services of the contractors' are of most importance. Through this study the clients would be able to help themselves as well as the contractors they chose to become more efficient so that their residential project when completed would give the clients their moneys' worth.
