Abstract/Summary
PHILEXPORT has been providing service for the exporters around the Philippines. One of the services PHILEXPOR offers is the One Stop Export Documentation Center (OSEDC). OSEDC houses different agencies needed to process the papers of exporters before loading. Effective 2010, Bureau of Customs will be prioritizing papers transacted online. This has become a problem of PHILEXPORT since exporters refuse this change. The group diagnosed the exporters through surveys and interviews to know why they refuse this change. The group also recommended interventions such as an event plan supplemented by a brochure and a powerpoint. These interventions will help the exporters change their negative image on the new process.
