Abstract/Summary
The study aims to create a system that would detect error in the BTS and send the information directly to the Smart Field Office, using only a camera, a computer and an image signal processing algorithm.
The researchers aim to investigate the impact of a device which would be a Smart Room error detection system in the performance of Smart Services in Laguna. Using a camera and a computer program, the researchers aim to help Smart Telecommunications deliver quality, fast and accurate services to the customers. To test the effectiveness of the device, the researchers made several tests to some areas where a smart tower is located and a dummy device which served as the BTS device. The researchers use them for testing the speed and reliability of the prototype they have made. The tests were made at random time and day to see the different factors that may affect the system. The proposed system was simulated to provide fast and reliable error notifications via electronic mail to the nearest Smart field office.
