Abstract/Summary

Mano Amiga Academy, Inc. is a non-government organization that allows less fortunate people to experience quality education. But, their desire to provide quality education and development service suited to the needs of the Filipino community hasn't reached its great extent due to the lack of communication strategies to attract more volunteers and donors. Being a non-government organization, Mano Amiga Academy, Inc. must rely on donor and volunteer support. Without it, they could not fully operate.

With this, the researchers have proposed to help Mano Amiga Academy, Inc. in solving their communication problem through a public relations approach. With the help or related literature and one-on-one interviews done with potential and current donors and volunteers, the researchers found out how to increase awareness among its target audiences. In the same light, it also helped in realizing how to communicate effectively with them. This paper tries to fill the communication gap between Mano Amiga and its public. The researcher will use strategies and program suggested by its target audience that will be reflected in the communications plan.
