Abstract/Summary

PAKISAMA is a non-government organization advocating the welfare of farmers, fishers, women, youth, and indigenous people. As they face more issues regarding justice for the poor, they need the support of different sectors in the society. The peasantry usually does not have the capacity or the capability to formally fight for their rights, and are scattered amongst them. More members mean greater power, a greater chance to be heard.

The organization has been having difficulty in spreading one message about the organization and its advocacies to prospected members. These are represented by stories of the organization's leaders, which are sometimes not relayed due to their absence in recruitment.

PAKISAMA is affiliated with 42 communities in different provinces. It serves as a place where meetings could be held. To solve the consistency of the message of the recruitment, an organizational recruitment video for PAKISAMA shall be made to supplement and improve member expansion initiatives of the organization.
