Abstract/Summary
The system is made up of a receiver, a phone (Nokia 6310), a microcontroller (Zilog microcontroller), and a display (LED matrix display). The microcontroller assigns the phone to use AT commands so that the commands will be understandable for the microcontroller. When a phone receives a message the microcontroller converts it to a format that the display will be able to understand before it is transferred to the LED matrix to be displayed.
