Abstract/Summary
The De La Salle University Office of the University Registrar is the repository of all records of both graduate and undergraduate students of the institution. It is under the supervision of the University Registrar and is located at L133 (North Wing of the La Salle Building).
The proponents designed a webpage, operations manual and standardized office forms for the DLSU Office of the University Registrar. The webpage aimed to give information and provided services to the clientele. The Operations Manual served as supplement to the information given in the Webpage. The Office Forms were designed to comply with the standardization of the institution's identity. The project's target audience were undergraduate and graduate students of the university. It also catered to the alumni, faculty and administration.
The organizational supervisor is Dr. Richard dlC. Gonzales, University Registrar. This project was fully funded by the Office.
