Abstract/Summary
This paper is a comparative, descriptive research devised to study decision making behaviors of auditors employed in category A audit firms in Makati with regard to staying or leaving their respective firms. Its motivations are to find the important drivers that lead to the auditor's decision as to staying or leaving to find out if there are significant relationships between the drivers and the auditor's demographics and to compare the findings per firm and identify existing trends among them. Several approaches have been used for data collection, analysis and presentation. Among these are surveys, literature reviews, and statistical computations.
After a thorough observation and comparative analysis, various findings have been identified and will be discussed in-depth.
