Abstract/Summary
This papers is an exploratory, descriptive research designed to better the industry of independence CPA review schools in Metro Manila. It focuses on the four largest players in the sector in terms of their current enrollee population. Its specific thrusts are to determine the performance criteria/indicators deemed important by the stakeholders of these review schools to operationalized the criteria/ indicators to conduct an actual performance assessment and to compare the CPA review schools for each specific indicators.
