Abstract/Summary
This paper is an investigation into a probable alternate ignition system. Evaluations were made on existing mechanical and electronic systems to create a design which would minimize inefficiencies posed by mechanical limitations which characterize such system.Data was periodically collected through research and laboratory experiments. The final output is a prototype of a Distributor-less Ignition System which has been simulated in a laboratory. The circuit uses TTL devices and an existing Microprocessor for its CPU.
