Abstract/Summary
Fifteen-year old Celine is used to getting what she wants and having people do things for her. However, when her mom Stella is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, Celine is forced to leave the environment she is used to and move to Pampanga where her Lola Tess resides. Not used to the simplistic way of living in the province, she struggles to keep up with her new surroundings, as well as take care of her terminally ill mother. During the process, Celine gradually learns to care for other people, as well as do things for herself.
