Abstract/Summary

This research aims to provide an assessment of Jemdees Footwear particularly, its production capacity and planning. The researchers went to the store and manufacturing plant in order to observe, conduct surveys and interview the owner. The information gathered through the surveys and interview was collated. The results, along with the recommendations and suggestions of the customer, were then used to come to a conclusion that Jemdees Footwear is indeed still not fit to expand and should cater to the needs of the store and the plant. Although, the researchers still recommend that they start to take risk people seldom become successful in their comfort zones.
