Abstract/Summary
The fitness is becoming more prevalent due to the fat the lack of physical activity is a societal issue. There is an alarming number of overweight and obese individuals all over the world. The fitness industry and the professionals that keep it alive are becoming an important part of maintaining total well-being. These articles highlight the careers and contributions of fitness professionals that have been in the industry for a long time, some for more than a decade. The articles tackle why they are considered to icons mostly through how they have helped shape the local fitness industry.
