Abstract/Summary
Freedom wall is about how people were able to utilize the new media, the internet has less restrictions and censorship, if none at all. This allowed them to make public their opinions and ideas without any fear of censorship ore rejection. It is a place where people can "escape to". The Virtual worlds then function as an escape from either the boredom of the excitement of the real world. It's a change of scenery for most people. The possibility of a different realm to escape to, is most appealing especially to people who are troubled in the in the real world.
