Abstract/Summary
This study tells a story of a man who is part of the Philippine society and still deems important the need for companionship. This study focuses on the special bond that can be formed between man and man's best friend - dogs. This study shows how a Kariton owner can still willingly share everything he has to his dogs as together they strive and survive the harsh realities of life. This study shows that people living under poverty-stricken conditions are still human beings with the same need for companionship and affection.
