Abstract/Summary
This study examined the motivations and consequences in volunteering. Semi-structured interview was used in gathering for data in this study and thematic analysis was used to analyze the data that the researchers have gathered. Findings in this study have similarities with previous research in terms of motivations but vary between the ages of the volunteer. Results showed that volunteers are motivated through experience and have experience consequences base on what they have experience as a volunteer.
