Abstract/Summary

Semiconductor theory and is a major cornerstone of the electronics engineering course. Given the significance and importance of the subject, there is much need to reinforce and supplement the absorption of information of the students. The proposed thesis gives the students a means of accessing supplemental information via an easily accessible medium --the internet.
