This paper is a descriptive research through the case study approach. The researchers employed the in-depth interview to explain further the relationship between a father and his adolescent son. This study encompasses not only the father-son, as well as the perception of the son to his father. The respondents were selected through the purposive sampling. The researchers conducted the interview with the help of guide questions. Twelve different cases were gathered from the interview. Result shows that the psychosocial domain and the physical domain are the most significant domains. Sons perception of his relationship with his dad affect his capabilities and behavior as he grows older. Data were analyzed by placing it in a table for each domain namely: physical, cognitive, emotional and psychosocial.
