Abstract/Summary
The government has created several loan assistance program to induce economic development. Non-agricultural funding institution were established to cater to the small and medium scale industry entrepreneurs. One of this is the Tulong Sa Tao Loan Assistance Program.
In the course of the study, the researchers have observed that if certain processes within the system will be revised or eliminated, the Tulong Sa Tao Loan Assistance Program will be more efficient and as a result reach more beneficiaries.
The researchers centered their study on the bottlenecks of the system and came up with a revised system as its solution to the problem. The bottlenecks identified are the lengthy processing time, tedious procedures, complexity in the requirements. The researchers tried to come up with a revised system to solve or to eliminate such bottlenecks in the system.
