Abstract/Summary
This study is about the determination of the personal profile of heavy equipment operators. The study was performed by conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews.The findings of the study indicates that the best operators with regard to technical know-how are the operators who acquired their basic training fron their friends. The best operators with regard to maintenance and safety are those operators who acquired their basic training from their families.This research work is of value to construction companies with heavy exposure in heavy equipments especially in the evaluation of their equipment operators.
