Abstract/Summary
Extraction of soft coral belonging to the genus Sinularia yielded two isolates. Isolation was done through vacuum liquid chromatography (VLC) and separation was monitored by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The isolated components were characterized using proton nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared absorption.
