Abstract/Summary
There is no denying that Millennials are slowly entering and taking over the workplace. Upon entering the workplace, negative stereotypes have been given towards these Millennial employees. However, there has been a lack of empirical studies regarding how Millennials Employees in the workplace are perceived. The purpose of this study is to describe how supervisors perceive their Millennial Employees, It also aims to elaborate on the experience of the supervisors in managing them. Overall, different cases of Generation X supervisors have described how they perceive their Millennial employees and how these supervisors manage them in the workplace. There have been commonalities with their description, but there are also supervisors who stated different observations towards their Millennial Employees.
