Apo Bagas is a collection of poems on rice on various forms. Consisting of 15 poems, it is seen in a progression or a cycle of the grains origin towards its growth and finally, the moment of harvest. In this series, hunger takes on various transformations from the physical towards the cultural, highlighting the experiences and identity interwoven through the profound connection between the persona and the grain.
