Abstract/Summary
In this thesis, the proponent proposed a Computer Aided Instruction for Computer System Architecture: A guide to PC assembly and troubleshooting. This will be an educational web-based program designed to aid first time builder of PC whether they have basic knowledge or not. To meet these objectives, the computer aided instruction included comprehension discussion on different parts of a computer with pictures and illustrations on how they work. Step-by-step videos are made in building a PC using Autodesk Maya animations. Lecture pages are made using Moodle which is a software-package used to make internet based courses. Softwares needed to make a CAI online are already inside Moodle like Apache and MySQL. The proponent was able to create 61 lecture pages whose effectiveness was verified through a conducted survey,
