Abstract/Summary

The thesis provides a web-based tutorial on Safety Engineering for Electronics and Communications Engineers (ECESAFE) through a computer aided instruction (CAI). The thesis covers usual hazards that affect the work of an Electronics and Communications Engineer and the safety measures that he or she must observe in order to reduce if not at all eliminate these hazards.
