Abstract/Summary

Storing documents in electronic form is a convenience we now enjoy in today's computer age. A lot of documents can now be stored in a CD-ROM for archiving. Unfortunately, keeping track of these documents is a huge chore. It would be too hard for users to find a particular file to view or print. A software that can keep track of these documents would greatly reduce time and effort. Osearch is a software for managing and searching Microsoft Word documents. Users will be able to search through documents using keywords. It will make use of current database management to accomplish this task. The resulting list of documents can be viewed and printed with its formatting intact through the use of an associated program.
