Abstract/Summary
Jollibee Worldwide Services finds it more and more difficult to attract qualified applicants due to numerous offers from the industries. Therefore the purpose of this marketing plan is to help the Staffing Department attract not just a regular applicant but more or less a qualified applicant which will later on help them with their goal of building a talent pool ready to serve the demand of the Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
Communications Programs include newspaper ads, posters, flyers and drop boxes, and SMS among employees, internship programs, employment programs, more efficient recruitment process (establishment of JWS recruitment website), and major and minor job fairs. Only the results of the evaluation can tell whether or not these programs / strategies were well defined and will help JWS on its way to success.
Estimate cost for the programs/strategies for 2008 will be P21,795,586.00/ Estimated profit for 2008 without the implementation of the programs is P6,109,342.48 with 1,785 served Manpower Requisition Forms (profit for 2007 was estimated at P10,978,924 with 1,480 served MRFs). With the implementation of the Optimistic; P9,785,334.80 for Most Likely; P11,070,546 for Pessimistic. All of which have a total of 2,209 served MRFs.
