Abstract/Summary
Surfer's Dine Inn ( SDI ), a small service venture with in-house restaurant is located at Bagasbas Boulevard, Daet, Camarines Norte. The said accommodation aims to welcome and serve guests with good food and provide them with a decent place to stay in Camarines Norte. It has embarked on its strategic location of facing one of the top surfing spots in the Philippines, the Bagasbas Beach, to leverage its business. In line with the goal of SDI, the paper mainly integrates a proposed service plan that would contribute to the service improvement of SDI. It is firmly suggested in the paper who should be SDI's target market and what market positioning should SDI establish in order to differentiate itself from its competitor. Proposals conceptualized for the establishments service marketing mix (8P's) are anchored on the findings resulted from an extensive UAI survey. Moreover, external and internal analysis was assessed in order to effectively come up with strategies that will generate maximum profits. Qualitative and quantitative descriptions of the investment plan and estimates of profitability are also presented in order to evaluate whether the proposed tactics and strategies are effective. Moreover, samples of all the collaterals, brochures and print ads are shown in the Appendix of the paper.
