Abstract/Summary

Museum Café has been known to people by the artistic experience it offers both on its serene and calming ambiance to the preparation and presentation of its food and beverage products. Unfortunately, there is a lack of awareness that such restaurant exists in Greenbelt due to its low visibility. In addition, many individuals view Museum Café simply as a café and not as a full-service restaurant that offers full sets of meal.

The paper focuses on maximizing the capability of the restaurant to further perfect the overall experience of the customers. Products and add-ons are proposed based on the findings and insights derived from the research the group has conducted. The paper also consists of proposed year-long promotions and advertising programs that aim to strengthen the people’s awareness about the restaurant, to increase its sales, and to further establish the restaurant’s image as a full-service restaurant that provides excellent service, food quality, and ambiance.

The investments for the said programs are minimal, but the effects are gradual and are yearlong. The programs are also designed to furthermore improve the service quality of the restaurant and the overall atmosphere and environment it provides to its guests.
