Abstract/Summary

This manuscript focuses on the internship experience of the student in his chosen company which is JaineVill Manpower Resources, Inc. This will discuss about the company profile of JMRI, followed by the discussion about the services of the company. Then the Philippine Overseas Employment, the principles and rules that it follows on how the company responds to it and how it affects the company. And how does JMRI process the applicant’s document of the POEA and also how they implement their business processing. The manuscript will also include the services to employers and its purposes. Also, their organizational structure will also be highlighted. The internship documentation includes the discussion of the projects assigned to the student, what is it all about, what are his tasks and objectives, the current situation of the company, the objectives of those project assigned, challenges for the student in handling the project, the need for the project, what problems does those projects addresses, the scope and limitations of the projects and the significance of those projects to the people involved and the role of the student in that project assigned to him.

The internship documentation will also focus on the tasks that the student was assigned to do. Moreover, the tools that he had used while he was performing the tasks assigned and the outputs. Also, the management principles that have help the student to do the tasks efficiently. The workflow process of his tasks was also discussed in the documentation. Last but not the least, the student had included the lessons or insights that he had learned while he was still on his internship program.
