Abstract/Summary

This manuscript basically documented the management practicum of the author in his chosen company, Coca Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc. (CCBPI). Initially, information regarding the company is stated in this paper. This includes its background, history, products, organizational chart, business strategy, awards and achievements, corporate philosophy, mission, objectives, shared values, and commitment.

This manuscript also stated that major projects in the company that the author had been part of. The description, objectives, rationale, scope and limitations and the author's role in each project, the significance of these projects to the author and to the society are also presented.

Aside from the major projects, the author has also been involved in other tasks and activities in the finance department and in the sales department. Indicated in this paper, are the tools and software that the intern had use during the training and the principles that he had observed in the company.

The lessons learned by the author during the whole management practicum were shared and can be found in the Appendix. This includes the learned skills that the author has acquired and the issues that were observed in the working place.

The application of these theories can be found in this manuscript. This documentation serves as a proof of the hardships of the author for more than four years of studying in De La Salle Canlubang until to the real time experience of the application of the knowledge he has gained in this institution.
