Abstract/Summary
Today, many people around the world use money as a source of trading often money are in cash or in cheques but this money are hard to monitor and to safe keep in the business world or in day to day transactions that is why people use banks as a way to safe keep and monitor their money. Security of the money is the top most priority of any other bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. is number one when it comes to that. The main concern of the company is its competitor banks. To make sure that the bank is doing well they ask for client feedbacks because the final receiver of the service are still the clients themselves.
Any service providing company should always ask for client feedback no matter big or small the business because the clients are the main reason why the company exist and it is a way to enlighten the company about their strengths and weaknesses.
