Abstract/Summary

This manuscript contains the partial fulfillment requirements of the on the job training course (manpra3) of the intern, Paolo Augusto Martinez Barcelon undertook for his Bachelor of Science degree Business Administration majoring in Management. Herein, this includes a company profile of the Shell Gas Station the intern worked at, an enumeration of the projects the intern performed, output of said projects, a concept map of business processes and a lessons learned documentation.

The intern's tasks included working as an assistant general manager at Shell performing several tasks cash management, budgeting, inventory management, logistics management, marketing, people management, scheduling/estimation (car repairs), encoding, and receipt work. Aside from his tasks as the temporary assistant general manager the intern also performed work of a business analyst to help improve the company.
