Abstract/Summary

This is the documentation of the practicum experience as partial fulfillment of the requirements in On-the-Job Training program of De La Salle Canlubang. This book contains all the information obtained during the 480 practicum hours spent in UPSEM English Training Center. For the Background of Enterprise, UPSEM English Training Center teaches, trains, and disciplines Korean students, particularly elementary, in obtaining English language. It is designed only for English learner - beginners and those who want to improve their English more both in speaking and in writing. The Brief History embarks upon how UPSEM English Training Center become successful, it also focuses on the verbal connection with the clients and performs a satisfaction guarantee services with them who gained trust and influence other clients to participate in the next term, of the program.

The Project Background explains how UPSEM English Training Center reach for their client including the processes and the procedure that has to be operated before the whole period started. It discusses the services and operational program within the business. The project description also presents the roles of interns as well as the limitations of the project.

Different task/activities during the practicum are discussed at the Principles/Practice Integration. Work cycle is presented and explained carefully, like accompanying the UPSEM students in the immigration for the extension of their visas and the participation in constructing of Musical Play plan and preparation schedule including in managing of all the practical requirements. To understand more about the business process a workflow of each task is clearly illustrated how task is to be solved. The Lessons Learned Documentation talks about skills and traits acquired and improved during the practicum. It also gives emphasis on the subject relevant to the activities/tasks and suggestion on the improvement of the Practicum Program of the company.
