Abstract/Summary

The Manufacturing industry relies on pinpoint Manufacturing Standards for the production lines to run smoothly. This manuscript details the process of creating said standards. Given raw data taken from log sheets and other existing records from the company, the standards were created to accommodate all known products of Edward Keller and those from their toll manufacturing area. The finished standards are now currently in use at the company marking the success of this project. The second part of this paper is the monitoring of the Daily Operations Report. By observing the meetings, a system was developed in order to monitor the proceedings. It consists of a simple yet reliable layout in which relevant data is to be recorded.
