Abstract/Summary
The main goal of this marketing plan is to establish Red Corner Fitness and Boxing Club as an alternative fitness establishment in the country that offers the best quality fitness, boxing, and mixed martial arts.
The group proposes that that the Company enhances their target market, product, pricing, sales distribution, and marketing communication. To cater to a tertiary market is what the group recommended in order to utilize the off-peak hours, decrease the effect of overhead costs, and to increase membership revenues. Young Jiu-Jitsu, cardio dance, and tai-chi are the additional services that the group suggested. The group also added variety in the membership package by offering a mixed arts package. To increase the number of members, the group also proposed that the Company adds an off-peak membership and credit assistance. The sales and distribution program is also off-peak membership and credit assistance. The sales and distribution program is also improved by hiring a multi-tasked manager which will increase membership revenue by 10%. The advertising program with The Big Idea of Train with the best was executed through print, radio, and non-traditional advertisements. Sales and promotion is done electronically by posting downloadable coupons, offering discounts, and by mailing information and current promotions to the Company's database. On the other hand, the group's recommendation for the public relations program is by typing up with schools and to create a Jiu-Jitsu competition for the members.
A total cost to be incurred by the company for the proposed strategies and programs is Php 540,348.81. In return, Red Corner Fitness & Boxing Club is estimated to have an increment of 31.35% in its membership revenue and 31.02% in total income.
