Abstract/Summary

This service plan for Learning Partners School Incorporated (LPSI) discusses the field of Special Education. LSPI is specialized school that caters to individuals with development disorders. They have been in existence for 13 years and have adopted various methods of instruction. They are known in the special education industry and they are affiliated with institutions addressing individuals with special needs.

The aim of this paper is to maximize the growth capacity of LPSI. The goal is for LPSI to become the school of choice in the field of Special Education. Analysis and review of the proposed program for the service development are LPSI Action for Better Management, Employee Empowerment, Parents Pre-Class Workshop, Renovation of E-LPSI, Operation: External Facade, Handbook and Calendar, and Childs Aide Seminar. The pricing strategy that the group proposes is the Target Profit Pricing. Sales and distribution program will be implemented when the demand for the Special Education classes increases while Advertising programs include brochures, Flyers, corporate and distribution program will be implemented when the demand for the Special Education classes increases while Advertising programs include brochures, flyers, corporate ad cubes, newsletter and tarpaulin. Advocacy project Share and Lesson and Picture This Early On Seminar are the promotion programs proposed. The long-term plan is for LPSI to branch out to a progressive city.

With all the marketing programs proposed for LPSI, a total investment of Php 217,435.00 is needed to support such programs. The invited amount will result to increased market share, sales revenue and profit that is sufficient enough to expand LPSI business operations.
