Abstract/Summary

The service plan prepares several service enhancement plans and service addition plans that look forward to achieve the goals and objectives set by the proponent. A part of the service enhancement plan is also intended for the benefit of the front desk staff, as well as the management.

The industry analysis explains how the concept of dormitory originated. It also provides general information about the different dormitories at the University Belt, the University of the Philippines Diliman, and the Ateneo de Manila University. Competitors of Cara Celine Dormtel are thoroughly compared in terms of the four Pâ's, which will help in evaluating where Cara Celine and its competitors stand. A survey was conducted by the proponent to determine the emotions and sentiments of the tenants, such as features and services that they want most, what other features and services that they would want to be added, and how satisfied they are with the existing features and services. The results are tabulated and interrupted as well, that also serve as an assessment to the current service delivery.

Regarding the service delivery of the dorm, a blueprint before and after the proposal is included. The flower of service before and after is also explained.

The goals, short term objective, medium term objectives, and long term objectives were prepared in accordance with the owner's philosophies of being the innovator in the dorm industry, and providing the tenants utmost convenience and comfortable living. The strategies are basically formulated to improve service delivery and efficiency of personnel. This aims to increase satisfaction level of tenants that will hopefully result to more contract renewal and new tenants. The strategies are clearly explained and the costs are enumerated. Measures will be made for the monitoring and evaluation or results. Investment profitability is also shown in the paper.
