Abstract/Summary

To date, Stepping Stone Learning, Resource and Therapy Center (SSLRTC) has a trust fund of approximately Php 1.2M and lacks Php 8.8M to attain its projected target of Php 10M. There is also difficulty in collection of dues that member clubs of Rotary District 3830 are supposed to pay.

The purpose of this paper is to achieve our goals and objectives of making collection easier and gathering Php 8.8 million in a span of four years. Our long-term goal is for expansion of the center.

To achieve the first objective, we will use a direct mail approach. Letters will be sent to all members informing them of their obligation to pay. For the second objective, four programs are suggested and each of these programs will generate funds for SSLRTC. Solicitations from companies, partnership with fashion retailers, photo exhibits, and tie-ups with credit card companies are the four programs proposed. When the funds are generated and the trust fund reaches Php 10M, the money coming from club dues and tuition may be used to purchase equipment and to expand the center or transfer it to a bigger venue.
