Abstract/Summary

The automotive Industry is considered as one of the biggest industries in the Philippines that provides not only jobs but also economic gain for the country. The automotive Aftercar Market is one sector that relies on the production and profitability of the automotive industry. The Automotive Aftercar Market is one sector that produces car accessories and car products that are related to the automobile.

3M is one of the premier manufacturing firms in the country that produces innovative products. They once created an all-purpose cleaning cloth but change its positioning to a car cloth. This type of product introduced a lot of competitors for the firm.

The group plans to make the target market of the product to A, B, and C car owners. There will be changes in the packaging, USP and positioning of the product. The group also proposes that the company invests to PR and print advertising in order to increase brand awareness and to reach the goals of the study. By doing so, profitability of the company will be greater than the time they did not implement the strategies proposed.
