Abstract/Summary
The Farm at San Benito is a Spa and Health Resort located at Lipa, Batangas. Now on its5th year of operations, it has garnered several international awads in the Health and Wellness Industry. Monthly revenues average at Four Milion Pesos with 42.57% occupancy rate.
This service plan aims to increase monthly revenues of The Farm at San Benito to Six Million Pesos with 55-60% occupancy rate. To achieve this, the proposed programs are geared toward creating awareness on the detoxification program and enhancing the wellness packages of the said resort. Total proposed programs amount to Php 2,225,679,09 which includes costs for public relations, advertisements and the service development plan, investments are expected to have a return of Php 13,986.00.
To monitor the success of the programs, quarterly reports will be evaluated by the Sales and Marketing manager. Sales and inquiries wil be the basis for evaluation. Employees will be assessed through customer satisfaction ratings in the survey.
