Abstract/Summary

Executive Summary. Reaganomics from this seemingly very broad topic, the paper was broken down into just one of its components, the tax cut. This tax cut which is better known as the ERTA or Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981 is the core of the paper. The paper gives an exhausting description of what the tax cut is really all about and how it affects the life of individuals.

From the tax cut, the paper will then give and show what economic growth really is. Corollary to this, the paper will try to give what are the gauge of economic growth as perceived by Reagan and the proponents. The economic growth is important because it is one of the aims of the tax cuts.

The paper will also have literatures to be reviewed. The literature will come from other relevant work which would somehow help answer the objectives of the paper. It is important to look for literature to review so that the researcher would be guided by the results of the others findings.

The effects of the tax cuts on individuals and business firms will be given in a chapter which will try to give the data gathering results. This list of tables and figures will be very important because this would give allows the researcher to go to the next step of the paper.

The analysis of the paper will comprise three parts: results of the regression, interpretation of findings, and the evaluation of results. The results of the regression would give the relationship of the variables involved. From this, the researcher will try to look into the interpretations of the relationships. Lastly, the implication of such relationship will also be discussed by the researcher.

The last part of the paper will give some recommendations for future researchers-on how they could improve the paper, on what they could do if time is on their hands, and on how they could able to procure more data.
