Abstract/Summary
The researchers would like to propose a marketing plan for cheesecake etc. that are focused on strengthening its brand position as a café and increasing awareness on other product lines. Cheesecake etc. sales comprises of 65-7-% of cheesecakes. So, this plan is to increase the sales of other products of cheesecakes etc.
We are proposing strategies that would increase store visits. Evaluation results show that are wide variety of cheesecakes and chocolate flavored drinks are edge against competitors. The company has not clearly defined their target market so we have identified a specific target market. Doing this well help the company to analyze the needs and wants of their target market and so providing their needs and wants better that their competitors.
The proposed strategies would cost P89,900 for the Product Development and P1,435,750 for Marketing Communications program. This proposal would contribute a 5 percent increase in brand awareness and increase the annual growth of sales by 6.6 percent.
