Abstract/Summary
The research paper identified the different perceptions towards female politicians by people of the Philippines and American society from Generation X and Y. The paper tried to find out what are the differences and similarities of the perceptions of selected number of people belonging in different societies and generation. It also answered the question of who among those groups would more likely to vote for a female president. The method used by the paper is a qualitative research method which is case study and the instrument used is survey questionnaires. The questionnaires were given to respondents here in the Philippines and to contacts to America. The paper showed that there are a lot of differences between the two societies and two generation about their perceptions towards female politicians.
