This thesis is an expository work based on the paper Integer Programming by Joe Wampler and Steve Newman published in the College Mathematics Journal (1996) 27 : 95 - 100. The article explains the algorithm behind the Gomory cut method. Integer programming problems are also solved using the Gomory cut method.
